Great Resource February 14, 2003 E. Steinman (FL) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
An Excellent Reference for Pro/E Users on any level. Provides the reader a good understanding of Pro/E's capabilities and functions. A must have for any serious Pro/E user.
Useless October 24, 2002 Rodrigo B. Junqueira (Metz, France) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This book is useless and it covers nothing that is written in the index. If you want a good book, buy Kelley's Pro/Engineer Instructor.
Academic Review January 3, 2002 trung tchiong (upper darby, pa United States) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
The index does not represent the actual contents. Beginers can read this book for leisure, and improve your CAD software's philosophy. Experience users will not find much new materials here. The authors (20 some year design veterans)should have their drawings with proper dimensions and notations (ref. pp14-18). Too much text on materials that can be found from web site easily. This book should only be used as a referenced book, and not a teaching textbook. Next revision should only be concentrated on the Pro-Engineer software with additional graphical demonstrations.
A Few Good Tips August 22, 2001 Curtis Dietzsch (Goleta, ca United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
There were some good tips in this book. Gary and Dennis go over all of the commands but don't explain many of them. The book is still worth getting. I found it more helpful than Roger Toogood's book.
