I'll just echo the other positive comments here. This unit is the best tire gauge I've ever used, especially when it comes time to reading the display. I'm going to buy one to put in each vehicle that I own and throw away the old linear devices. It's such a pleasure to be able to quickly and easily read the numbers that I'll never go back to the old system.

I purchased this tire gauge becuase I wanted a digital display gauge that provides
1 psi resolution. While the Accutire MS-4021B generally does the job, there are two
annoying features that should be changed :
1. Batteries cannot be replaced by the user
2. On some valve stems, the Accutire MS-4021B does not make a seal to get an accurate reading
Ref. #1 : you have to send the gage in to the manufacturer who will replace the batteries free of charge. However, their turnaround time is more than two weeks, and I had to call their service department both times I had batteries replaced to get a replacement tire gauge.
Furthermore, the batteries do not last more than a year or so, but I use tha gauge on a weekly basis for all my vehicles
Ref. #2 : this appears to be due to the chuck design, i.e. the contact pin does not
protrude far enough to allow a positive seal on some valve stems
I am still searching for a digital tire gauge that allows the user to replace the batteries
The Best Guage I Ever Used At A Bargain Price October 12, 2009

I am almost sixty years old. I have had many tire gauges in my life. This digital guage is the best, easiest to use and most accurate of any I have used.
I am not alone in complaining about checking tires with the standard chrome plated guide, which is not terrible, but it is not designed to line up with the valve stem well and make taking a tire pressure and getting an accurate reading as the Accutire seems to be. I have yet to have it slip off a stem or let more than a slight bit of air out when I use it. It seems almost foolproof.
At this price, with a long lasting battery, I look forward to checking my tires now that cold weather is coming, confident that the pressure I am reading is accurate!

EDIT: I was compelled to come back on here and rewrite my previous review, I gave this gauge another shot and found it to be highly accurate, i've now used it to correct the pressure on 16 different tires, I'm actually very satisfied now with this digital gauge, and the price is really unbeatable.
as of yet, i cannot change my rating to 5 stars... sorry

Before buying the gauge I had some doubts due to the negative reviews here. However, my experience turned out to be much better. The device is easy to use, come with batteries installed (unfortunately a rare thing in these days), and produces good results.
As an additional bonus, being completely automated, and having a self illuminated LCD screen makes nighttime use possible, too.
The only issue (several people also mentioned) is that you have to remove the sticker, otherwise it "always shows 28.5 psi".
I'd recommend it to every car owner who intends to keep their car in check.
