| Customer Reviews: The Six Sigma Handbook 3rd Ed. November 14, 2009 Richard E. Devore Jr. (Florida) This an excellent reference and guide for Greenbelts, Black Belts and Managers. Thomas and Paul have done and ecelleny job on revealing how to effectively integrate SS in any organization. You will find "Real WOrld" applications and explanination/examples on the use of Minitab and Excel. More importantly this book provides valuable information saving time. A great tool for tyour SS tool box as well as a great reference for those tools you may not use constantly. - Rich Devore, President/CEO, CIPA Inc., Lean ó Solutions, Lakeland Fl.
too technical a read November 12, 2009 Michael Helton (Ontario, California) If your are a mathematician who is an expert at statistics than this book is for you. It doesnt teach you but rather just provides equations which make no sense to someone who isnt an expert. Poorly written as well.
