Good Book December 15, 2009 C. Muri (Rural, North Dakota) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Very useful book. Better than a stack of old college textbooks. Used this during the PE exam and also as a routine reference book as an engineer at a power plant. Worth the money.
Expectation April 3, 2009 Tito Guilarte (Caracas. VENEZUELA) 0 out of 22 found this review helpful
Dear Sir:
All the things I purchased recently are going to be in my hands after April 15, because my cousin Mr. Daniel Guilarte is coming to Caracas Venezuela at this date, at that time I will know if the handbooks will be useful to my daughter, who is studying Mechanical Engineer at the Simón Bolívar University. The other items are going to be used to improve the laptop I did buy last November.
THAKS.

Handy Reference Manual March 17, 2009 J. Kristen (Colorado) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Unlike some of the reviewers, I have not had buyer's remorse (yet). I don't use Mark's Handbook a lot, but it has been providing the answers to my questions when I've looked for them. Good index. I would also recommend you take a look at the Mechanical Engineering Reference Manual for the PE Exam, by Mike Lindeburg.
Excellent Engineering Book January 25, 2009 Steven Rangel (Baytown, TX USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The book version I purchased has a blue cover, not the green one pictured. But the appearence does not matter. This is an excellent engineering text that covers nearly all aspects of engineering (materials, electrical and even automotive). I highly recommend this text for those looking for a single engineering reference point.
The Timeless Engineering Handbook July 24, 2008 Jim Hutterson (Indianapolis, IN) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a timeless Mechanical Engineering Handbook. I used it in college, and I use it when needed. The handbook is very general and does provide a lot of useful information. The key to this handbook is knowing where to look for information. Descriptions and explanations are kept brief and to the point. I like this. The explanations are just enough to help you understand the basics subject matter and point you in the right direction.
