Product Description UP UNTIL now the use of zero point energy (ZPE) for electricity generation was mere fantasy and science fiction. No one thought it was possible for ZPE to offer a source of unlimited energy for homes, cars, and space travel, even though it is agreed that the energy density of the vacuum exceeds the energy density of nuclear matter. Some “experts” still say zero point energy can do nothing useful. The experimental evidence however, incontrovertibly demonstrates that ZPE-caused fluctuations in electricity have been measured in coils and semiconductors, such as diode rectifiers. Furthermore, ZPE can be focused, polarized, amplified, turned on or off, attract or repel matter in one direction, move dielectric fluid and even electrons for a desired electricity flow in a circuit. The details of these discoveries are presented in the book, Zero Point Energy: The Fuel of the Future by Dr. Thomas Valone, which concludes that there is a major future energy trend in the physics community toward ZPE power.

Electromagnetic radiation Transducer of Vacuum Energy October 16, 2008 Golden Lion (North Ogden, Ut United States) 1. What is Zero Point Energy? Zero Point energy is energy that comprises the Zero Point field. Dr. Fred Wolf says, "No matter how cool we make the chamber as we compress the gas, we would find that we could not obtain total order. Greater confinement of each molecule would produce, according to the uncertainty principle, a greater uncertainty in its possible speed and therefore less certainty about its individual behavior. Even though it temperature was reduced to absolute zero, the molecules would still continue to move. Each molecule, however, would no longer be about to occupy a single position at a single time. Instead each would spread out throughout the whole volume of the chamber." 2. Space is rich with activity from virtual particles and full of energy. 3. A famous experiment cooled helium to within microdegrees of absolute zero temperature (-272 C and -273 C). Amazingly, it still remained liquid. 4. Dr. Robert Forward, if ZPE is not conservative, then we can extract an infinite amount of energy. Evidence seems to favor nonconservative ZPF. Dr. Milonni says, the ZPE of a vacuum is infinite in any finite volume. 5. High energy density means tiny wavelength vibration at high frequency. The estimated energy for a limited ZPF is astonishing. 6. Richard Feynman, calculated the energy density of ZPF, the size of a proton would be ten raised to 108th power joules per cubic centimeter. If we convert energy to mass using E=MC^2, we find ten raised to 94 power of grams per cubic centimeter. Space itself contains more energy than matter does for any given volume. 7. Dr. Fabrizo Pinto indicates that the vacuum has pressure, density, and substance. It can move physical objects under certain conditions, the Casimir Engine. 8. Quantum Electrodynamics predicts that the vacuum spawns particles that spontaneously pop in and out of existence. The virtual particles are created from quantum foam and believed to extend through the universe. 9. The electron can be knocked out orbit given sufficient energy, 1.2 million electron volts, leaving a hole with an opposite charge and mass, a positron. 10. 1997, the Casimir force from the ZPE was measured by Los Alamos Laboratory and to be within 5% agreement with theory. 11. The constant virtual particle flux of the ZPE is especially noticeable near the boundaries of bigger particles, because the intense electric field gradient causes a more prodigious decay of the vacuum. The decay of the vacuum will occur spontaneously, giving birth to electrons and positrons. Virtual particles are more likely to become real, or appear out of the vacuum, near the boundary of charged particles and even near the nuclei of atoms. 12. Every charged particle drags around with it a cloud of virtual particles. 13. The electromagnetic and light pervade everything in the universe. 14. All Electromagnetic energy is manufactured from electrons in upper energy levels of atoms as they drop to lower levels and re-radiate that energy difference. 15. Small spheres are desired to create high frequency resonating EMF. Third power cube of the frequency - increase in energy density of ZPE by decreasing size. Ideal is a proton stuck to a neutron. The converter needs to be small. Cold fusion uses deuterons and deuterium, small converters. 16. The existence of a radiation impedance for the electromagnetic radiation from an oscillating charge is show to imply a fluctuating electric field in the vaccum, and application of the general theorem yields the Planck radiation law. The average energy for ZPE is equal t the summation over all available frequencies times R. 17. The Quantum vacuum must fluctuate. When the size of the cavity surrounding an excited atom is increased to the point where it matches the wavelength of the photon that the atom would naturally emit, vacuum field fluctuations at that wavelength flood the cavity and become strong than they would be in free space, temporarily increasing the Casimir force. 18. Dr Pinto says, "the normalized energy density of the radiation field of virtual protons is drastically affected by the dielectric properties of all media involved via the source-free Maxwell equations." The absolute value of the vacuum energy can change just by causing energy to flow from a location to another inside the volume V. It is possible then to create a transducer of vacuum energy. If vacuum energy is not conserved the energy potential is infinite. Electromagnetic radiation or heat is converted into mechanical or electrical energy. Energy production is thought to be 1Kw/M square
Excellent Introduction to Zero-Point Energy Technology June 29, 2008 Moray B. King (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book can change the world. Zero-point energy is little known outside the physics community or the frontier research community. Yet here is an energy source that just might be the miracle that humanity is hoping for to free us from the present energy crisis that is starving the world. Thomas Valone's great contribution is explaining in clear layman's terms the concept and availability of zero-point energy, and how to go about tapping it as an energy source. The more people that understand zero-point energy, the more support there will be for its research. Moreover for the advance reader, the book contains abundant citations into the physics journals as well as the internet to provide specialized technical information. Valone has a clear ability to communicate to both levels of readers in a fascinating manner. Zero-point refers to absolute zero degrees (Kelvin) temperature, where all heat and radiation is absent. Yet the completely empty fabric of space, referred to as "the physical vacuum," contains a plenum of fluctuating electricity. It is like a sea of never-ending, microscopic lightning flashes at a scale much smaller than the elementary particles. These energetic fluctuations occur everywhere and interact with all elementary particles. (It might even be the source of the particles' mass/energy where the zero-point energy continuously feeds the particle much like the flow of a stream feeds a whirlpool's existence.) What is exciting is that nanotechnology can coherently interact with the zero-point fluctuations. In one chapter Valone overviews a class of devices known as "zero-bias diodes," that effectively gate the vacuum fluctuations so that they can be absorbed into useful electricity. This is the holy grail of advance zero-point energy devices, for when scaled up with millions of gates (much like is done for computer chips), it would yield a solid state energy machine with no moving parts. What is encouraging is to read how much progress has been made toward these types of devices by the standard scientific community. A new source of energy is not the only payoff that can come from cohering zero-point energy. Novel forms of propulsion and space travel can also manifest. Valone overviews research that shows the zero-point energy could be the basis of inertia and gravity. Controlling the zero-point energy around a craft could yield propulsion much like described for UFO's where rapid acceleration can occur without causing inertial stress for the occupants. The results of zero-point energy research can yield miraculous technologies that heretofore have only been the dreams of science fiction. Thomas Valone is a master lecturer and master author who brings to life the exciting possibilities offered by zero-point energy research. Anyone who reads his book will be inspired, and such inspiration will help accelerate the successful research and development of new technologies. With his book Thomas Valone has made a significant contribution to uplift our world.
Nothing Worth Reading Here March 24, 2008 K. Wallace (Ohio) 4 out of 13 found this review helpful
This book is poorly written, poorly illustrated and poorly formated. It fails to enlighten and, in fact, discourages one from serious study of the field. If you passed high school physics, you'll find the book too simplistic and boring, full of hearsay and references to similar crackpots. There's just no meat here. Once you get into the anti-gravity government conspirasies & consciousness chapters, you know you've wasted your money. I hope my government isn't funding this guy!
A bright ray of hope realizing the dream of sustainable living March 3, 2008 Midwest Book Review (Oregon, WI USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Zero Point Energy: The Fuel of the Future is a marvelous introduction to the concept of zero point energy and what its practical applications could mean in a future where fossil fuels become increasingly depleted. Zero point energy is the kinetic energy retained by the molecules of a substance when it is reduced to the temperature of absolute zero. "Scientists have cooled specimens to less than 1 degree Kelvin of the absolute zero point temperature. A famous experiment proving the existence of ZPE involves cooling helium to within microdegrees of absolute zero temperature... Amazingly, it will still remain a liquid! Only ZPE can account for the source of energy that is preventing helium from freezing." A handful of black-and-white diagrams illustrate this ambitious look into possibilities for taking advantage of zero point energy, couched in terms accessible to readers of all backgrounds. A bright ray of hope realizing the dream of sustainable living, highly recommended.

This is a mishmash of partial truths, fantasy and non sequitur. It fairly drips of conspiracy theory and is on a par with ufology and "you-can-look-it-up" diatribes about eliminating the IRS or "facts" about the Loch Ness monster. While the concept of Zero Point Energy is sound, the idea of making it do useful work is clearly not. In this case, I guess the work it does is to get readers to buy this book.
